Camda gas genset working condition

1. Genset can run for 12 hours continuously at rated power on the conditions of:

    Atmospheric Pressure: 100kPa, Ambient Temp: 20, Relative Humidity: 30%.

    Ambient Temp -40+40, Relative Humidity 90%20,Altitude ≤1000m

Fuel requirements:

1. Intake gas-pressure: 80~120mm H2O0.8KPa~1.2 Kpa

2. Gas heat value≥5000kcal/Nm3 (20.9MJ/Nm3 ). Genset output power will be affected if use low heat value gas for fuel(Heat value5000kcal/Nm3,it willl lower the power efficiency.

3. CH4 content ≥55%.

4. Gas should not include free water or other substances ((the size of impurities should be less than 5μm.)

5. Sulphur contents is no morn than 200mg/Nm3, The excessive sulphur in impurity gas should be removed. (Note: Excessive sulfur contents can do serious damage to engine elements.)

6. If surrounding temperature is under 0,additional heater should be equipped .

7. Please note that the gas intake valve is manual,and all the spare parts can be purchased from our company.

7   The fuel of gas reduces the accumulated carbon, which lessen the damage to between cylinder and valve, therefore, it will largely prolong lifetime.
